We’re in search of vocalists, guitarists and keyboardists. Musicians are highly valued members of our Farmer’s Markets. We feel that the music you make adds a vibrant and lively heartbeat to the day. We typically book 1 musical individual or group per market.
This is a strictly volunteer opportunity. All tips earned are entirely yours to keep. All of our markets are outdoor events. We provide a tent for shelter and a source of power; however you will need to provide your own gear.
We appreciate a wide variety of musical expression; however The McAllen Farmers’ Market is held in a public space outside the McAllen Public Library and therefore please note that performances are confined to limits on extreme volume and lyrical content.
